No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, The Honto is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Unclaimed packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
