The Honto ships exclusively within Canada.
We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high‑volume periods.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
The Honto is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Honto is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Unclaimed packages

Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thehonto.ca.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
